Small beginnings. Set the foundations.
A four-week introduction to women's health — built around twenty daily practices, each one small enough to try and specific enough to feel.
The Premise
Know your body. Small habits, incremental steps, can have big change. The programme is built around that simple idea — small practices and tweaks add up to something your body actually notices.
Twenty practices across four weeks. No equipment. No supplements. Just a tad of willpower heroics. Just a structured introduction to the rhythms your body already runs on.
How the Weeks Work
Week 1 — Regulation. The foundation layer. You'll start with hydration timing, post-meal movement, and fibre sequencing — the metabolic basics that most people get slightly wrong without realising it.
Week 2 — Awareness. Once the basics are steady, the focus shifts to noticing. Cycle tracking, energy mapping, sleep patterns. Many women find patterns they didn't expect.
Week 3 — Nourishment. Food, but also everything else that feeds you. Nutrient timing, nervous-system care, the relationship between what you eat and how you recover.
Week 4 — Integration. The final week is about making it stick. You'll revisit the practices that worked, and build a personal rhythm that fits your life.
Who It's For
Women who are curious about their health and open to wholeistic health. Partners, husbands, boyfriends who want to be more sensitive to the more delicate ongoings of that special female. There's science without the jargon, and drawings from approaches to medicine from western to eastern.
You may not find perfection, but that's ok. It's about finding a better feeling.
